You may request a refund on your initial membership within 10 days of purchase. Membership can be canceled at any time without a refund being issued. Cancellation of a membership of less than 24 months with no purchase of a biowriters.NET package purchase will result in the deletion of all data provided to biowriters.NET by the client/member. This policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if financial hardship is claimed and proven. Any decision to provide a refund shall be at biowriters.NET’s sole discretion. Refunds will be issued on the same credit card used to make the original purchase. After the refund has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.

Refunds on biowriters.NET Outlines, Chapter Packages, or Premier Packages will be discussed strictly on a case-by-case basis.

You may request a refund or exchange of any biowriters.NET non-biography product, as long as it is in new or like-new condition. Refunds will NOT be issued on used or damaged products. Products should be returned directly to:
